5 Minutes Cooking with Auntie Nora: Beef in Coconut Milk


-6 thinly slices of beef -1 small onion -1/2 of a lemon -1 tbsp olive oil -pinch of salt -pinch of pepper -pinch of paprika -2 drops of hot sauce -1/2 cup coconut milk -1 tbsp water In a small non-stick pan, pour in olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add in beef. Cook the beef for 2 minutes, then add in onion, seasonings, coconut milk, water, hot sauce, and squeeze in the lemon. Serve with asparagus spears.
