Almond Milk & Coconut Oil Boost

my blog: controllingthecarbmonster.blogspot.com add Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil http and Unsweetened Almond Milk to your morning coffee or tea for an extra boost. You get the healthy fats from the coconut oil and the fiber, protein and nutrients from the almond milk. Almonds are rich in vitamins and minerals, so almond milk doesn’t need to be fortified. Almonds contain vitamin E, manganese, selenium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, fiber, phosphorous and calcium. The flavonoids in almond milk help prevent cancer and slow the signs of aging. The high levels of antioxidant vitamin E found in almond milk make it very effective in the prevention of cancer.

I drink almond milk all the time being on? dialysis I can’t have lots of dairy products so I switched to almond milk.. My opinion I think it taste better then regular milk anyway. Since I’ve been using coconut oil now I think it has helped with my cholesterol to stay normal. So thanks to you instead of using vegetable oil I now use coconut oil and man does it taste better:)
