      dude your videos are amazing and i can’t wait to try out the chest max out thing and i know you know your shit because i? saw you comment someone back saying pre work out supplements are a waste! but i was wondering whether taking whey protein 3x a day is important or not because some people i work out with just go insane with it, while i learned in my workout class and biology class that the body only needs 30 grams of protein a day for people who work out. What do you think?

      Word dude! Thanks so much for the support bro, means a lot. It’s all going to come down to you as an individual. Really the ONLY advice I would give you is to start trying to get in tune with your body. Lean to read it’s signs for what it’s craving. In the end, your body will “toss out” all that it doesn’t need OR store it as fat. Either way, excess of anything is a waste. (sweet punn right?) I definitely would? consume MORE than 30g of protein per day.

      Yup. I’ll shoot another video about it. Can’t really? get all it’s uses in just the one. You NEED to switch over to this stuff for cooking. It’s the healthiest oil and can withstand the highest temperatures without transforming into free radicals in your body. Those kill you.

      Thanks man! keep these fitness videos out and you can count on me watching and liking them, maybe you can do a video explaining what muscle groups you should target through out the week and keep up the drum vids as well those things are sick!? maybe you can do a drum cover of senses fail!
