      Girl, I’m looking at that avocado and all I can think of is the chips I have to go with it. Shame on me. I know. That’s why I need to try this concoction out on my hair. Lawd know I put enough in my stomach, thighs, hips, etc….LOL!!!!

      @dadonaldson1 You Can Leave It On For 1 Hour To 5 hour it’s up to you…when i did this treatment i left it on all day did what i had to do in the house worked out and then i went in the shower..so it’s really up to you but the longer the better opinion…:)
