      The coconut oil is quite solid and is very waxy, so you couldn’t really add it to a protein shake. The best thing to do is just have a spoonful of it ‘as is’. If you don’t like the taste you could always follow it with a protein shake chaser 😉

      People put it in milkshakes and stuff all the time. It melts in your hands so just heat the jar up in warm water and and put it in your protein shake!
