@chonu your scalp becomes porous and hair falls out more because all that richness is loosening the hair from the hair bulb, i think once in a while its good and fine and left on like you said for 30 minutes but prolonged use makes hair fall out, i have thinning hair =/ im using organic carrot oil now and that seems to be working i found mine at walgreens its called carrot oil by hollywood beauty was super cheap

I use “Organia Quick Volume Wear Olive Hair Treat Coating Essence” and love it. Use there shampoo and hair pack as well. Great stuff.

No fear in using the oil Gina! Won’t hurt your hair at all–even if you leave some in and blow dry. Worst that can happen is it will weigh your hair down. I’ve been recommending oil treatments for years & I’ve been a hairdresser since back in the stone-ages! Roll with it and have fun.

That’s what I use for a conditioner/make-up remover/ and facial moisture masks! It’s been 6 months now and I love it so far. No break outs, no grease it rinses right out and off and leaves me with a great result <3 I have very sensitive/ oily skin that's prone to break outs and i'm really impressed.

I love my coconut oil. I have been taking a tablespoon daily for the last 3 months, I also use it on my hair and skin. You should taste it , so good for you!

i buy the organic coconut oil (extra vergin, cold pressed) on etsy. I find the extra vergin, is less greasy as it has a higher content of the coconut milk. BTW, I use it as a makeup remover, its’ out of this world 🙂

@clarehope05 Hi! I use a hair conditioning cap which I bought at Sally’s years ago. It’s basically steam used to deep condition your hair. The night before I deep condition, take coconut oil and evoo, put on? my hair concentrating on the ends. The next day, I use the cap for about 20-30 min. I then wash my hair with a sulfate free shampoo, preferably Giovanni’s and remove most of the oils. I then add Giovanni’s conditioner, shea butter and a bit more coconut oil, and my hair is soft and shiny.

Don’t be afraid of the olive oil. It’s been used in the Middle East for centuries by Arabs and I’m sure all around the Mediterranean. I’ve been taught to do this at a younger age and I sometimes get lazy and don’t do it. However, you will see a great difference in your hair in every way. Try it next time and you wont regret it! Your hair does look much healthier in this video and I’m sure it’s much easier to manage.

Coconut oil is also a wonderful treatment for almost any illness, or skin problem. Read “Coconut Cures” by Bruce Fife. Amazing what this oil can do for hair, skin, and illnesses.

I just read on the AOL home page that Coconut Oil mixed with Vitamin E oil is a great moisturizer to use at night. I was going to buy some tomorrow. Now after watching your video I’ll have another purpose for it as well. THANKS!

Oh! How cool is this! I think C. oil will be cheaper than Enjoy etc. You’ve convinced me to go out and find it and use it! xoxo Susan

Your hair does look very healthy. I’m glad it worked for you. You can’t go wrong following Tammy’s advice when it comes to skin and hair care, she’s the queen.
