    Have added Coconut Oil sporadically in the past 6-8 weeks. Had thyroid panel drawn last week and doc cut my dosage. Weight was also down 10 #’s, although I don’t feel that in my clothing as yet. I’ll increase my intake and try to be more regular and see what happens.

    I have been taking coconut oil 3x a day for ONE week and yesterday I was sweating during my normal work out!!! I have been cold all day for about 15 years, and I am warm for the first time!! ONE WEEK!! I cannot cannot cannot believe I have not done this years ago, my diet is nearly flawless, and finally I got my thyroid working! THANK YOU!!
