Coconut oil works like magic! Have experienced amazing health benefits,
everything from healthier hair to skin and it is best on acne prone skin
and getting rid of acne. I order mine on Amazon and get it in 2 days from
    this health company.Visit: “elitegoldsolutions(dot)com/coconutcapsules” ?

If you’re not smelling the coconut oil, you are using the refined oil. It
does not have the beneficial cleaning power that organic 100% pure extra
virgin coconut oil has. It’s been processed! You want the Pure oil. I have
been using it for about 4 weeks. It has kept my glucose level down, my
teeth are whiter, breath is fresher. I use it on my skin to clean off make
up, then before going to bed or during the day, I use it on my hands, my
    face, elbows, etc.

I also give 1/2 teaspoon (not Tablespoon) to my dog in his food. He loves
it! He gets it twice a day! My hair is shinier, longer, healthier, my nails
(use it for cuticles), sun spots are lighter. I massage my hair and scalp
with it and use it as a hair masque with honey or avocado.

Clears up sinus – I had really bad sinusitis infection requiring
antibiotics, then I started doing the oil pulling and I am now even able to
be outside everyday without sinus drainage and allergy flare-ups. There’s
so much more, but not enough space. Oh yea, after the oil pulling in the
morning, I rinse with 1/2 cup bottled water and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda to
clear my mouth of the oil. I gargle with it especially if I have sinus
    drainage. Wonderful, no sore throat!?

This woman is dumb, it’s “cooking” oil, of course you can eat it. I put
mine on my bread as a butter sub?

I love pulling. It has been the best thing I’ve ever done for my teeth.
Extra virgin and cold pressed is the only type you should use and mine does
smell like coconut. The oil isn’t toxic. I cook with it. The bacteria it
pulls from your teeth and gums is what you don’t want to swallow. Kinds
defeats the purpose if you are doing it to detoxify as well as whiten your
teeth. You don’t spit it down the drain because it will solidify and clog
    the ol pipes.
And there’s my two cents :)?
