I love using Coconut Oil as a deep treatment. I either use it by itself or as a booster with my Inecto Coconut Conditioner. I leave it on over night. I try and do it at least once every 3 weeks.

LOL You are such a goof.

Hah, I use Apple Cider Vinegar on my hair too. I use that once a week. I do a ACV and water rinse. It really takes all the gunk out and leaves my hair soft and clean.

@phillytomcat nah, only if you sleep with the oil in your hair, overnight, I just use the cap , because it heats up my scalp, thanks for watching and entering in my contest!

@rockybarragan apple cider vinegar is great too, but the smell is over powering, but worth it.

Hi Bonnie! Of course, you know that I love love love coconut oil. However, I’m always afraid to use it on my face as I have oily/combo skin and I fear breakouts from it. You look fantastic! Hugs from Colorado – Jase 🙂

@jasetraber well., remember coconut oil will pull toxins out of your skin, so when I am really in need of detox, I up the coconut oil all over my skin, and I don’t think it would promote oily skin, I think it might even out your skin. thanks so much for watching, and commenting 😉

@msixpackabs I never left the WLC, I don’t think you have seen the past few month videos, because you were busy with the Wall, I think after the H4H challenge, I just went my own way, did my own thing, but never left…but, still watch the usual BTYL, but now its over:(

@msixpackabs it just something I have been wanting to do, I don’t have those fancy big ticket prizes, but I do want to have free giveaways, because I have won a few times in a few contests and now I want to give something to my subbies. I understand about the international shipping and customs, thanks for watching 😉

Hey Bonnie 🙂 My husband and I have switched to just using water and ACV to wash our hair. It is wonderful. I don’t use coconut oil for my hair, but I do use grapeseed and jojoba oil as a sealer after washing. No blow drying for us 🙂
