Brush mixture into scalp gently, allowing the scalp to tingle. Let mixture in scalp for about 30 minutes, Shampoo hair with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in the shampoo rinse will with apple cider vinegar mix with water..2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to 8 oz warm water. Towel dry hair, let your scalp air dry Apply dime size amount of coconut oil to hair for instant leave in conditioner. I also take Biotin once a week, and apple cider vinegar rinse. I also ingest the coconut oil, and drink apple cider vinegar/water to help aid in my over all health and give me energy and continue with my weight loss journey. Also cayenne pepper tea, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper to 8 oz warm water, add sweetener a sip slowly allowing the mild heat sooth your stomach and jump start your metabolism. please visit my blog “controlling the carb monster”- controllingthecarbmonster.blogspot.com Disclaimer These product I use for my health, and I am sharing my personal experience. I will make another video soon on my applications,it really clears up my scalp and helps with hair growth, I was thinning in the front, now its babyfine, but growing.

    Hi Bonnie,
Your videos are great, educational and entertaining as well. I myself am a big fan of coconut oil. To confirm the recipe for the coconut oil and cayenne? pepper hair treatment, it is a 1/2 tsp. of each? How long did you keep it on? your scalp for and how much thicker did your hair get? Thanks.
On a different note, here is a book that really helped me, “Eat Right 4 Your Blood Type” if you haven’t come across it yet. It is a great book! Hope this helps. All the best to you. 🙂
