      @Addicted2beauty78 I bought it at whole foods. I would recommend the brand Spectrum, I bought a different brand and it didn’t taste right. I believe its around 7 or 8 dollars.

      @ivanan222 I would say any health food store like Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods. I live on the west coast so I don’t know what is out there.

      @kim24may You’re suppose to start with 1 tablespoon a day. Don’t take it all at once, take divided doses. You work your way up to 3 to 4 tablespoon a day, but do it slowly. Coconut also helps prevent cancer. I also use it for my skin.
