    I have one friend who was raised drinking coconut water and she also likes eating the meat of it, but that’s a culture thing? she is in great shape though. I honestly like drinking the pineapple coconut water because it tastes good the normal stuff tastes like water downed milk.

    I have a coconut palm in my house and the water of that coconuts areeeee yummyyyyy? so sweet and refreshing… but buying in stores…. not that good
