@uniquastudio My ancestors in Bulgaria use to eat Einkorn bread(thats actually the original wheat grain used on the Balkans)especially? after heavy field work to get recovered quicker and be strong! Its the forgotten Sacred Wheat of the builders of the pyramids, ancient Persians(its still one of the sacred items-in the form of wheatgrass-on the Persian New Year Navruz) and all the ancient cultures!

@uniquastudio It doesnt have anything to do with the modern Frankenstein GM sprayed crops, earning the bad name of the grains! This is a very big deception, spread in the? Raw Food movement, especially in America, where the biggest deviation in the crops have occurred throughout the “Green Revolution”,when the original grains got so twisted, that became their antipode…Happily these original varieties are coming back-especially here in Europe, where some of the originating places of them are.

@CBasie2856 you? can’t ask those questions to complete strangers and expect to get answers. You have all the right answers deep inside of you, dig them out. Meditate, connect with yourself!

he could be a little bit heavier. The stomach area/abdominal region/lumbar region needs a little? work.

If he on a juice fast, then I totally understand. Juicing can cause you to look like this.

But if he is on solid foods, his midsection looks out of balance with the rest of his body.

ya sometimes with fruits and vegetables, detoxification for some people can make them a little skinny.

When you become too skinny however, you need some raw proteins from animal sources.

However, when you are built back up again, you? can then go back to eating a fruit and vegetable diet without the animal products 🙂

They look like what are called Champagne mangos here in New England. Love that mango season has arrived – such a treat! :)))?

@LotusFlower2010 he is very lean, and has great skin / hair,? etc. no doubt thats from getting plenty of vitamins and staying away from processed foods. the only thing i’m concerned about it his low muscle mass.. i think maybe hes not getting enough proteins and fats in his diet. maybe i should not have said under nourished. he is plenty nourished with vitamins. but vitamins is not all your body needs. you need protiens, fats, amino acids, etc.

    • LightCyrus

@microphonecheck1 I’m sure he get’s plenty of fats/amino acids. The human body doesn’t need to take in nearly as much of these sources when it’s blood, cells, liver and intestines are cleaned out. When the body is? “gunked up”–as most people’s are– it can’t properly absorb nutrients. When this occurs a person has to eat foods that are LOADED with fats and proteins to have any decent absorption. My other observation is that a person only needs as much muscle mass as is needed by their lifestyle.

Maybe you are not eating enough fruit. I eat 16 apples a day or more for example to meet my energy needs.

Maybe you are not eating enough calories. Too little calories, and you won’t have enough energy.? If you eat mostly salad everyday, you won’t survive on the diet and won’t have any energy because salad doesn’t contain enough calories to support you.

Maybe you are eating too many nuts. You are supposed to eat a high fruit and vegetable diet, with a low amount of nuts.

@uniquastudio Thanks! Im actually writing a bookj on raw food now, where I will put all this info about the Eincorn, together? with some groundbreaking information coming from Rudolf Steiner(the founder of Bio-Dynamic Agriculture,Waldof schools and bunch of other stuff) on nutrition.

    • galimir

@uniquastudio Also will include strategies for surviving on raw in cold climates, where watermelon in the winter? just aint work(if we leave on the side the fact that such seasonal fruits from the warm south are pretty shitty quality over here most of the time of the year and things like young coconuts are unknown items…).

    • uniquastudio

@galimir Yes, please:)) It will be cool if you could share some ideas for free in a blog or something…We had a tough winter as? you probably know :)) I’m a starter, but it’s really hard, even now in March i really miss the variety 🙂
