I’ve used egg on my hair before, (because the egg was supposed to add shine) but as I was rinsing it out of my hair,? the warm water actually cooked the eggs! I had little bits and pieces of egg whites all throughout my hair for about a week. lol 😛

I do 2eggs, 2 tblspn. of mayonnaise & coconut oil, whipped in a bowl, &saturate my hair with tht, &use a plastic bag tied with a heating cap over it on low for 2 hrs, &then sleep (without the heating cap) with it in my hair overnight, then shampoo and condition it out in the morning. its amazing. in abt. 4 months my hair is healthy noticeably longer? &shinier and VERY soft, i do it like 4 times a wk, makes a huge difference in MY hair, and its naturally curly..drier than most ppls.. :/ ha

Olive can’t be absorbed quickly into hair shaft as coconut oil. i do coconut oil, egg, avocado, and honey (acts as peroxide when mixed with water) to both condition and lighten the hair for about 1+ hr.? Once a month, or every 2 weeks if i straighten my hair more than once a week.
i recommend drying your hair naturally if damaged or coarse with maybe some leave in conditioner although may take a while if it’s really thick, blowdrying it makes it more drier & frizzy esp. during hot/humid weather.
