Stay well Bonnie, thanks for the links. I will check it out. I want you to know I have coconut oil in my house because of your videos. I started to take it early last fall. I did not get sick at all this winter. Not a cold or fIu. I don’t want to brag about it and get sick now… but I am sure it has something to do with the oil. Please keep the videos coming.

My husband puts it on his face at night and loves. It seems to give me more energy.
It was featured on the Dr. Oz show a few weeks ago with its many benifits.
I will check out the links. Stay well!

This superbug has been around awhile..we’ve had it here in PA for a couple of years now..the over-use of anti-biotics is the culprit. And yet the drs’ still prescribe more and more so that the drug companies can make a profit.
Just for the record..the regular flu is worse than swine flu..the drug companies just want to instill fear into people in order to sell more vaccines..vitamin D from the sun is one of the best defenses you can get for the flu..and it’s free.

I added coconut oil to my diet, about 3 months ago, for GI issues. This oil acts as a probiotic, and balances out your intestines bacteria. besides, it never hurts to eat pure fat! =P i usually take about 2-4 tablespoons a day. A great combo with coconut oil is Green tea. If you drink the tea before eating the oil, it makes it easier to digest, so you can *maximize* the effect of the oil.
