      Is some of that, water or moisture as well? Will that evaporate and just leave oil? I’m just asking because I assume coconut flesh has moisture in the form of water as well.

      Ah I see. Ok that makes sense. I thought you were using fresh coconuts . I guess this is the best way to get 100 percent fresh oil and from what I’ve read, coconut oil is one of the healthiest.

      what about the use of lamp oil to heat the expeller? one would think it would effect the tast and quality of the oil? being so close in proximety of the food product. would you mind mentioning why you use it? and does it effect the taste?
