Thanks, I came in there to ask you this as well! I also get hungry after Cayenne? I will eat and still be hungry at times, does it digeset your food and increase appetite? I take Ginger too in the morning times and it did that at first as well, then settle down later.

BTW do you know benefits of Ginger as well? I have a book on it and it does alot of similar things to cayenne it seems (Better for Digestion though IMO). I got rid of Roids (I hate using the full name lol) in a week with Ginger (Before I used Cayenne)! They were FULLY GONE! I was amazed. I am going to use both now though because of the benefits, you read up on Ginger too if you haven’t already.

Yes, I know about ginger. It’s one of those secret foods or whatever that has many tremendous health-building qualities as well. I buy it and scrape the external layer or skin and put a little in my mouth. I also use it as well on salads and that type of thing. It’s potent. What book did you write about it? I’d be interested in seeing that.

I personally have never heard of cayenne increasing appetite, nor have I experienced that. It doesn’t necessarily aid digestion but it does fortify the system overall. Hope this answers your questions.

I get a bit skin ichy after taking Cayenne Pepper and my apetite increase, which I cannot afford as I am a bit overweight

Helena: Cayenne is a rubfacient herb that can remove toxins from the blood. This could be causing the itching. Just an educated guess, though. Cayenne will fortify your system’s overall health. I would suggest then you take it before you evening or midday meal. That way, it won’t affect you. Hope this helps.

Thank you Glen …. I believe this because cayenne pepper is an ALKALINE food which means OXYGEN food and oxygen does wonders in cleaning out harmful particles out the body. That is why we use oxy clean in our laundry (de-bonding agent) same effect.

yankeephan87: Yes, it is. I’m not a doctor so see your doctor for professional medical care but yes, cayenne pepper is great for all ailments related to heart disease. Remember, heart disease is the number one killer in America — and it’s big business too. Lipitor makes around $10 to $12 billion a year. And that’s just one cholesterol/heart disease reducing drug.

Does cayenne pepper have any benefits that help hair growth or the health of hair?

    • truthgladiator

I was told a little while ago, perhaps a few weeks ago that cayenne pepper actually is good for restoring a receding hairline when used with pure apple cider vinegar. I’ve not tried it, mind you, nor have I studied it. I have a slightly diminishing hair line at the front of my hairline and thus this is of interest to me too. Can’t say if it works but cayenne always seems to surprise me. Good apple cider vinegar like Braggs is what I would recommend. I’m going to look more into it.

For nearly two to three weeks now I have been taken the cayenne capsules at 40,000 Heat Unit and noticed that my finger nails are growing more than usual. Is that rare? Should I be concerned?

Haha, my mother invited me for dinner some week ago and I used some of this pepper, then I asked her to try it – and then she kept using it throughout the dinner.
Now she uses it for everything. XD

Is there something special about cayenne pepper in particular or is it just the capsaicin? Will any pepper with a similar amount of capsaicin provide the same benefits?

    • truthgladiator

That’s a very good question. The answer is yes and no. Yes, there is something special with cayenne pepper. It has a nutritional valence that appears quite unique. It stops heart attacks in its tracks, it stops bleeding even though its Vitamin K amount is unremarkable. It somehow fortifies every element of human health. That said, all peppers are special due to their capsaicin. Capsaicin is quite remarkable of itself with its anti-cancer properties alone, which are scientifically proven.

i suffer from cold shoulders, especially at night, and I have chronic spasmodic coughing what can this do for me. mary

    • truthgladiator

CuzeeDude: I’m sorry to hear about your health challenges. Unfortunately, I’m not a doctor and as such I can’t legally diagnose your conditions. To do so could get me in trouble and so I can’t comment on that. Have you talked to a doctor? What did he/she tell you? I WOULD START THERE. They should be able to tell you why you have the chronic spasmodic coughing and cold shoulders. Sounds like perhaps, although I could be wrong, a circulation problem. Not trying to be difficult, just honest.

Hey Glen….Hope things have picked up for you bro. I got good news. Since I been taking the cayenne drink three times a day, quarter teas spoon, my health has really improved. My heart beat has gotten stronger and more regular and my circulation and color have improved. Overall I feel e very noticable difference. I have a question. How much and how often do you take the drink? I know you said you do a full teaspoon, but is that once a day? Thanks again.

    • truthgladiator

allforjesus22, good to hear from you again. I’m happy to hear about your good experience with cayenne and its health benefits. To answer your question, I take it once a day. I don’t have any glaring health problems right now other than a colon that needs a good cleansing so that is enough for me.

    • allforjesus22

Once a day is a full tea spoon, right ? I think I recall you said a teaspoon on one of your videos. Yeah its the whole cayenne thing and your personality that sells it ! You should feel good because you are bringing something good to people….yourself and the information. Will let you know how Im coming along from time to time. Good luck with that colon and Bon Appetito ! If you looked at my page and thought I was black..Im not. Im a Whiteboy who loves black Gospel! Yeah buddy…

    • truthgladiator

@allforjesus22, I can’t ever recall saying a full tablespoon. I’ve never used that much. It’s always a teaspoon. Personally, I use a small, full teaspoon. If I wrote tablespoon, that was an inadvertent error. Actually, I never thought about your race at all. Honest. I don’t care. Race is no indication of goodness or decency — that’s my experience. Thank you for your kind words. I hope I am helping, but who knows. It’s sure fun, though!
