    I use this recipe to make my caribbean style rice and peas and I realized that there is far less oil residue in the food and plate when compared to using the canned coconut milk. I assume all the extra preservatives makes the canned coconut less fit for consumption. Anyways I have a question since coconut milk is a form of saturated fat, how harmful is? it for the heart.
