80/10/10 are shocked when? they see your fat intake. fat raw fooders(average raw fooder 70% of the calories from fat) are shocked about the carbohydrate intake and the “small” intake of fat and protein. One of both sides is obviously right. Why are you so sure that you re on the right side have you really studied the 80/10/10 diet of douglas graham and the science behind it. There is science behind to back up everything what he says. But you have to study it and dont judge it before you do so

To each his own way in life mate….I don’t remember judging anyone in this video – I believe we were simply sharing some recipes from our Thai raw food friends.? Part of being healthy is letting go of anger…maybe you should add that to your 80/10/10 Good luck with it!

i can tell she hates it like hell shes like its very very? good then she puts it down and makes that face

maybe 80/10/10 should learn a little about fat types. coconut oil is the healthiest type of oil to use for cooking (if your going to cook) because of the type of fat it contains.

medium chain? fatty acids. 🙂 and this type of fat is turned into energy easily and almost immediately and hardly any of? this type of fat is actually stored in your body…

You can also pull string husks out from the inner shell cover and moosh it all together to loosen and rid the bits out, leaving you with pure threads of husk strings. Place handful? of shredded cocoanut in it and use both hands to twist as if you’re twisting a soak tshirt to rid of the water.

Jennifer you’re fat. How can one stay so fat on a raw food diet? Do? a master cleanse and a colonic, then worry about enzymes. The way you are no, they won’t even get a chance to be properly absorbed through old shit and mucous. And why can’t you just enjoy the taste of a new food (the sprout) without saying what it is LIKE. Americans are truly the stupidest nation…..

I wish Ta was the only one in the video. The fat American women can stay behind the camera and? speak as little as possible, mainly translating. Sheesh…

Ta is an amazing woman and I am happy to have filmed her. What you think of me is your problem, not mine! :)? Luckily we are all allowed to have our own opinions in life…so think what you want, but know that having negative vibrations affects your health & well-being! 🙂

Cool – thanks! Those that use fresh coconut all the time sure know what? to do with it! I’ve never seen a whole coconut before. Fascinating.

I think she said ‘whole’ coconut, not ‘old’? coconut. What do they call that sharp tool that she uses to open it up? Looks dangerous!

Wish I could see that bowl and the attachement she’s using to grate the coconut. She makes it look easy!
