I demand you to buy a better camera. You know why? Because you are so funny and entertaining and your videos should have a better quality (it? is not you to be blamed).
I think you’re a great vloger so it is worth it to invest in the quality of your videos.

yeah, I just bought the stix last Friday..it was more of a motivation for me, like the scale, knowing that something is about to happen..and I can tell, it has been a month..and now finally? things are happening…

that is raw almond butter, no sodium, it taste like mush almonds..not sweet..very filling, but I was eating the crunchy with some salt and sweeter…I love them both..I love almonds in the? raw..but this way I eat a spoon full and I am full.
Yes coconut oil for hair and skin, but I love what it does for me internally, I am de-toxing…interesting..all in just a few days..I feel great..and energy like crazy!
if you though that was brown goooh, I know howy you are Rocky!! LOL

Strawberry are the old fruit, maybe once a week…I like variety and I had eggs over the weekend..no ham, just low sodium/sugar turkey bacon ..and cheese..so I needed a break from eggs, but I love boiled eggs the best.
if you? can get some stix, I would be interested to see how far along you are..I use them just for guidance and a peace of mind..like the scale..inches are going fast, but not the pounds yet..
      thanks

get some stix, and I would be interested if anyone else follows ketosis..I did this about 9 years ago and I remember purple, but at the time i wasn’t educated enough to stick with the low carb..it was the bread, back then..lol, now it ‘s no bread? and not missing it either
      thanks Angie

You must work on your demanding skills, just hang tight, ok…I just started this back in April, I? am working off an old comp and to me, this camera is fine..for now(I just bought it in June)…
I need to get rid of the extra 60 pounds of fat that I packed on in 1 year…then I go in high gear and pull out the Hollywood style vids..ok,
I just am poor single woman, making a few bucks..I need a rich man who I can use and abuse..LOL
      thanks for the support Daniel.

it’s expensive, but depend on if you are calorie counting, I am doing low carb, so this fills me? up
      thanks Kate

yes, very much so, but for me, I was waiting a month before I gave up bread totally, now I am really sticking to 30-40 net carbs max..but it took me a month to adjust my eating, & portions. Exercise is slacking, so I am losing inches, and the weight is steady…but I am fine, just found it surprising since Friday that maybe giving up? bread did the push into ketosis, but its just a guide for me..I don’t depend on it to make my day..its the coconut oil that amazed me! Energy!
      Thanks Loraine 🙂

I love your vloging style so much. You are adorable.
We need to get hot, then to sell our bodies for more than just a few bucks (like I do now) and we’ll buy the darn cameras.
      I <3? u!
About working out on my demanding skills I've always been a red neck. Never pretended I was a gentleman. LOL

I paid about 14.00 for 50 test strips, but there are different brands, I had to ask around? and finally found some at Target, pharmacy behind the counter. I am sure Walmart carries them.

my body is releasing ketones, and when low carb dieting, your body starts to burn stored fat when in ketosis, and the stix is a tool to shows your urine is chemical changing the stick. You pee on a stick and wait 15 seconds and match the color of the stick and lets you know where you are, trace, small, large, moderate..its hard for me to explain..better if you read up on it..I gave up bread and I think that was the last of the bad carbs and? jump started me into ketosis. sorry, hard to explain.

I am a low carber too, that is unless i have too many fruits. How low do you aim for each day?
I try to keep my fruit to 2.5 servings on a good day. I am usually over that but I don’t eat anything processed so fruit is pretty much my highest carbs.
      You are? doing great.
