Hi, I have not had this problem personally, but I have heard from friends who have had this problem because they have pets who brought them in. You have to treat your pet and use a fogger in the house. You will probably need one for each room. Be careful to follow directions and keep yourself, your children, and pets away while? the process is going on and for a few hours afterwards while you air out the house. There are also environmentally friendly powders on the market.

Hi, argan oil is great. I’ve used it as a deep conditioning treatment, but I actually prefer olive oil. You can buy jojoba oil at Trader Joes if you have one near you, or you can buy it at any healthy foods store like Whole Foods. The brand I recommend is Desert Essence. If you can’t find it in a? store near you, try online on Vitacost.com. It’s a great website with so many wonderful natural products.

I love your videos.? I started with short hair (short bob) and grew my hair past shoulder length in a year! It looked magnificent it was so healthy. Unfortunately I gave in to temptation Christmas 2010 and went to a stylist who subsequently ruined my hair with bleach and a horrible cut. 3 mos. later it was still breaking off daily so I had it cut short (pixie) just last week. The reason I am not upset is thanks to you.I will follow your advice and it will grow back. Thank you.

I was wondering if it matters if you use extra virgin olive? oil or just virgin olive oil?

Hi, I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. You did the right thing to remove all the damage because unfortunately it could have kept breaking up the hair shaft. You will start anew and grow your hair healthy again. We’ve all been there at one time or another? where we regretted having something done to our hair. You will have your lovely hair back in no time :o)

Hi, you can’t thicken your hair, but you can make it look thicker by styling it to give it more volume. Doing things like blow drying upside down and straying the roots a bit with a holding spray will help a lot as will using baby power on your? scalp when you have a little oil buildup to hold the powder.

I have long and very dry hair and I don’t wash it very often. I wash it once in two weeks!!! with a very mild shampoo and conditoner. Once I waited even three weeks to wash it? 🙂
I put a few drops of almond oil in my hair once a week.
I’m gonna try Coconut Oil as well. Thank you for this video.

but when u take out the coconut oil and olive oil? to shampoo it all out doesnt it undo everythinbg you just did?

  • etherealjenn

No, when you add oil to your shampoo the shampoo strips everything from your hair strand allowing the oil? to directly penetrate the strand.

Great advice! I now use argan oil from Shea Terra Organics, I don’t work for them lol, I just like how the hair soaks it up without being greasy. My hair is? so soft and long now!
