I use a Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil for my skin and my hair. It has actually stopped my ends from breaking and keeps my hair well conditioned. Is it really helping with lowering your Cholesterol? Mine is high as well and I will switch my Olive Oil for Coconut Oil if I thought it would make a difference.

@LipAddict – After I wash and condition, I let my hair air dry about 90%. I part my hair in 4 sections on each side of my head and take 1/2 tsp and melt in my hand then start at the ends and work my way up to the roots. Now that it is winter one funny thing a realized is your hair will feel stiff in the cord but when you enter a warm room then it’s soft again. Give it a try.
