    Thanks, this also helps with my sometime chronic to severe joint pain, especially those who suffer with auto immune diseases..inflammation is? gone when I stick to plan and I have very little pain right now, so walking again is feeling good.:)

    I would like more info on what you consume besides coconut oil (I? use that also and it is supposed to be good for thyroid disease which I have0.
