just as a note I guess, shea butter is Ivory in color. The bright “shea” butter is African Butter, it’s a good butter, it’s just not shea butter, like your vids!

did u ever found out why it wasnt as smooth after 1 wk.
I have made my own mango, shea and cocoa butter n notice that after a few hours it becomes really hard.

@kooleybaby Use less coco butter and whip it for at least an hour. Whip 15 minutes, put it in the freezer, then whip it again and again. That will work 🙂

@VICTORIANDREAMER80 I use almond in my hair and on my face. Tea tree oil? Eww…I just do not like the smell. Although others do use it.

man this looks like butter you cook wit mmm, lol!! be careful with that, lol naw but i can never get mine to look like that but i will keep trying

@naturalblkbeauty use Coconut Oil and blend, blend, blend. At a minimum, 30 minutes….then freezer, blend, blend, blend. Just set aside a Saturday morning to do it and make enough for month or so. 🙂

@jasmineball1992 I’m a distributor. I now sell this at the flea market since I had so many people asking me to make it! I’ll post a link to the site when we have it up.

I would not microwave your ingredients as it zaps out the goodness, you will loose some of the benefits of the butters & oils.

Instead just put your ingredients in a cup & place inside a bowl of hot boiling water (boil)
